We absolutely loved our stay here, we originally booked for three nights and extended for another two because it’s just out of this world. Upon arrival the manager told us she had upgraded our room from a sea view to a superior sea view and well the views were absolutely breathtaking waking up every morning to the stunning views of phi phi was such a beautiful start to our day! Phi Phi Mountain is of course, up the mountain but the hotel but on a free service to take you to the beach or the town everyday between 8am and 9pm, the service continues late into the night with a small fee of 300bhart per room for a collection the longest we had to wait was ten mins and most the time they were there within a few mins. It’s literally a door to door service with the taxi dropping you off at your door. The drivers always greeted us with a beautiful smile. The room was huge, with two massive balcony’s very clean and comfortable we just loved our stay here and if we ever come back to phi phi this is the only place we would choose. Long Beach is absolutely stunning and they provide a free shuttle bus to take you there also. So convenient to get into the the night time chaos but so peaceful and simply tranquil at Phi Phi Mountain. The reception staff were so lovely and so helpful.

There is a shuttle service from the hotel down to the main town centre which is very handy - around 7-8 mins journey. This hotel is great if you still want a bit of luxury whilst staying in Phi Phi. The beach is lovely as well. Communication is via WhatsApp and staff are on call pretty much anytime you message them.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is very clean! And the view from the balcony is something else! The team members Mr Ex (manager) and Miss Mam were super helpful and friendly! My favourite hotel through the whole trip!

What add a great value to this property is their fantastic shuttle services for pier or Phi Phi Don, the resort is extremely well managed by their staff, room service is great and food is delicious. We stayed here for 2 days and it was not enough. Highly recommend this place.
